Equip your clinical team with the advanced skills required to manage cardiac emergencies with confidence and precision.
The American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS course builds on BLS foundations and focuses on the recognition and treatment of cardiovascular emergencies using advanced clinical algorithms, critical thinking, and effective team leadership.
Course Description
ACLS is a comprehensive, scenario-based training that prepares healthcare professionals to respond to cardiac arrest, acute coronary syndromes, and stroke. Using the latest AHA guidelines, participants learn how to integrate advanced interventions with coordinated teamwork for optimal patient outcomes.
Participants learn to:
• Apply the ACLS algorithms for cardiac arrest, bradycardia, and tachycardia
• Interpret basic ECGs and arrhythmias
• Manage airway and ventilation in critically ill patients
• Deliver effective team-based resuscitation
• Administer emergency medications appropriately
• Identify and treat underlying causes of cardiac instability
• Recognize and manage stroke and post–cardiac arrest care
Upon completion, participants receive an AHA ACLS Provider certification, valid for 2 years.
